Shipping Policy
At AG Cigars, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience when ordering from our website. Please review our shipping policy to understand the shipping options and procedures for your purchases.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. AG Cigars is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal regulations, we cannot ship cigars to certain states or jurisdictions. Please refer to our checkout process to confirm if we can ship to your location.
Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@agcigars.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
7. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order after it has been shipped. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order before shipment, please contact us at support@agcigars.com as soon as possible.
